Build your own day on São Miguel. Pick a main tour, combine it with another, then add or remove stops until the plan is exactly yours. Your guide turns it into a private tour.
Design your private tour in three steps
Choose your tours and your itinerary appears on the right, with the highlights of each tour. Then fine-tune it: tick extra stops, remove the ones you don't want and move them into the order you like. When you're happy, send it to us on WhatsApp or by email and we'll reply with availability and a price. The price depends on your request.

This is the backbone of your day. Or start from scratch and pick every stop yourself.
2 Combine with another tour (optional)
Add the highlights of one or two more tours to the same day.
3 Fine-tune your stops
Tick any stop to add it to your plan, or untick one to take it out. We keep adding more places, and if something you want isn't listed, mention it in your notes.

How a custom private tour works
You design it
Use the builder, or just tell us what you'd love to see. Either way your group only, in a private vehicle with a local guide.
We make it fit
Your guide checks distances, opening times and the weather, then adjusts the order. Big combinations may be split over two days.
Price on request
The price depends on the stops, the length of the day and your group size. Prices for 2 people on our set tours: half day €200 (Sete Cidades or Furnas), full day €300.
Custom tour FAQ
Can I combine tours in one day on São Miguel?
Yes. With the custom tour you pick a main tour and add another, for example Furnas and Sete Cidades, and the planner builds an itinerary with the highlights of both. Combining tours makes a long day, so your guide confirms what fits in the time you have, and may suggest splitting it over two days.
How much does a custom private tour cost?
The price depends on your request: the stops you choose, how long the day is and the size of your group. Send your plan on WhatsApp or by email and we reply with availability and a price.
What stops can I add to a custom tour?
Vista do Rei, Grota do Inferno, the Muro das Nove Janelas aqueduct, a pineapple plantation, Salto do Cabrito waterfall, Ribeira dos Caldeirões Park, the Lagoa do Fogo viewpoint, Caldeira Velha hot spring, Santa Bárbara beach, Porto Formoso beach, the Santa Iria viewpoint, the Furnas hot springs and thermal baths, Gorreana Tea Plantation and more. We keep adding stops, and you can ask for anything that is not listed.
